We specialize in trauma therapies such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). We also offer grief and loss counseling.
Support Groups
Support from others can provide an extra layer of assistance to help cope through difficult times in our lives.

Occassionally, we offer workshops that are designed to help individuals improve their overall well-being.
Our Programs
VOCA Program
Individuals who have been a victim of a crime (VOCA) are eligible to receive FREE counseling services.

Underserved Program
Individuals who do not have insurance or who cannot afford our current counseling fee may be eligible to receive 6 FREE counseling sessions. After the 6th session, we offer a sliding-scale fee.
TLC Self-Pay
We offer a self-pay rate of $100 per session for those with an out-of-network insurance or who do not qualify for our other programs.
TLC Headway
We accept the following insurance companies through a third party administrator, Headway.
